Shopping makes me in Contraction

My daughter has come back from Canada for her summer holiday.  Suddenly, I found I have increased my shopping with her and spending more money on the materialistic products.  Both my conscious mind and heart give me a signal of uncomfort.  I come to understand that Think Big is a luxury but free entertainment for me but Shopping Big is a hurt to my feeling and financial situation.
